How can I help?

I always start by creating a connection with you during our session. Researchers looked at what makes therapy most effective and the overwhelming results show that the best predictor of whether therapy was helpful is the “client-therapist” relationship and whether you feel heard and supported by your therapist. My goal is to always hold the space for you to feel accepted, heard, and connected without any fears of judgment. I truly believe that if you are seeking therapy with an open heart and willingness to grow, then you will start building the positive changes in your life.
